Alaric Shuttlecraft [Our "Children"] ![]()

As the oldest Starfleet club in the state of North Carolina, the Alaric is proud to have helped parent, either directly or indirectly, all of the ships currently operating in this state. Here is a list of those ships, from their first formation as a shuttle of the USS Alaric all the way up to their confirmation as a full-fledged starship in Starfleet. The Alaric's first shuttlecraft, the Galileo II NCC-503/1 (formerly Deck 1), was formed in Raleigh, NC on Stardate 8406.00 with Arlene Mabry as its CO. It was reassigned as the USS Endeavor NCC-1716 on Stardate 8610.00. |

The Alaric's second shuttle, the Southern Star NCC-503/2, was launched in Charlotte, NC on Stardate 8505.00 with CMDR Ronnie Byram as its CO. It was reassigned as the USS Hornet NCC-1714 on Stardate 8706.00. |

The Alaric's fourth shuttle, Aldebaron NCC-503/4, was formed in Taylorsville, NC on Stardate 8610.00 with LT Sonya Moore as its CO. |

The Alaric shuttle North Star was reassigned as the USS Bonaventure NCC-102 on Stardate 8806.00. |

The fifth Alaric shuttle, Adventurer NCC-503/5, was launched in Knoxville/Oak Ridge, TN on Stardate 8808.00 with Joy Gilbert as its CO. It was reassigned as the USS Adventurer NCC-1600 on Stardate 8904.08. |

The Alaric's new travel pod, Daniel Boone, is formed on Stardate 9006.00. It achieved shuttle status and changed its name to Celestial Dragon NCC-503/8 on Stardate 9102.02. It finally was reassigned as the USS Celestial Dragon NCC-71810 on Stardate 9207.11. |

STARFLEET members in Greenville, SC petitioned the Alaric to be their mothership and formed the shuttle Leif Ericson (NCC-503/9) on Stardate 9209.12. They were reassigned as the USS Leif Ericson NCC-71818 on Stardate 9308.29. |
