U.S.S. Alaric Trophy Room 
STARFLEET is known for its community service activities. Locally, the  Alaric  has a tradition of helping the needy, and participates in charitable community service activities to support this goal. While not required, members are encouraged to participate by bringing the following items to club meetings to support our various charitable projects:

Since Stardate 9009.00 we have been collecting canned and other non-perishable food items for the local Manna Food Bank.

Eliada Home, a local charity, collects Franco-American and Campbell Soup can labels, which they are able to exchange for much needed supplies and services. The Alaric collects these labels year-round as part of our support for Eliada Home.

The Alaric is also involved in the collection of aluminum cans for recycling. This not only services to help keep our community clean and litter-free, but also as a fund raising activity for the club to help support our other projects.

The Alaric accepts donates from its members of new (unused) postage stamps, which are used in the mailing of club newsletters and other announcements. Any donations are greatly appreciated, and help to keep our subscription costs as low as possible.
